Hemingway Update

Hemingway is coming along thank goodness!  I was able to obtain some antibiotics for him and he has been improving.  He is back to going outside to warm up in the sun and walk around a bit more which is wonderful to see.  Hemingway is even going up the stairs to sun in the backyard.  You can see the joy in the younger kitties who follow him around to keep him company and provide comfort.  We can only hope that once I am finished with the antibiotics he remains strong.  It seems that he had an upper respiratory infection which causes felines much trouble if not caught.  Hemingway did not show any signs initially other than his bad eye getting worse.  Once I heard him sneezing and sounding congested along with the runny eye on top of his other eye issue, I knew what was causing him to feel so weak.  He is up there in age and I do know this winter will be very tough on him.   Thank you to all who are following his story and for caring.  ^..^
