This is Hemingway or as I call him Grandpa. Hemingway is a polydactal cat and is related to the younger kitties as most have the same trait, polydactal, which is how he got his nickname : ) When I moved into my home and eventually starting the T-N-R, Grandpa was not around. Not sure where he was temporarily sleeping and eating but from one of the neighbors I was told he had left for a few years as she had gotten worried not seeing him around. Well he is back and luckily has regular meals, a safe place from any bad weather and a cozy place to sleep with the rest of the colony.
